In a world where violence and the destruction of our earth push us to shrink and react from fear, dancing is a radical act. Dance is expansive. Dance is healing. Dance is empowering.

Bring your partner, your kids, your pets or make it a moment just for yourself. 

We will check-in with ourselves, set up a healing intention for us and the world, especially for the people of Ukraine and others living in the midst of war and conflict. And we will dance, big time! No dancing skills required ;)
