Every Sunday morning you can enjoy yoga with a view of the water at Pllek! The dynamic lessons are held outside on a wooden deck – during summer days – next to the restaurant. There is a buildup from meditation to asanas, chanting and holding on or letting go. Each lesson is a journey inward with attention to breathwork, respecting your physical limits and finding relaxation and peace of mind in all poses. The lessons are suited for both beginners and more experienced yogi’s as teacher Bianka makes sure that everyone gets the guidance they need during the session. Yoga mats, wooden blocks and blankets are present, bringing your own yoga mat is allowed!
