Born in Russia, raised in Belgium, with a Japanese artist name. CHIBI ICHIGO (Japanese for ‘little strawberry’) is ready to ravage the electro scene with beats, dancers, and heavy synth sounds. It’s all about safety of expression self-love: a message of self-discovery and inner stability for a world that is constantly in motion and makes you crave authentic connections. You might know Chibi Ichigo from her single “Energie” that she released with Sophie Straat. You might also know her from her participation in “De Slimste Mens Ter Wereld” (The Smartest Person in the World). Earlier this year, Chibi released her second album “NA HALF 1”. This album is filled with energetic scream-echo vocals and fast electronic beats that bring along a somewhat nostalgic feeling.
