Scapino Ballet Rotterdam presents Cathedral - an evening with Arvo Pärt, a production by the Spanish dance and theater maker Marcos Morau. Cathedral explores a world where life is dominated by digital techniques and where we are losing each other more and more. With the mystical music of Arvo Pärt as a heartbeat, Morau and the dancers seek to understand what makes us human and what our relationship is with nature. Morau and his team of Spanish artists design a retrofuturistic stage set with life-size video projections.
