This workshop is Ladies Only & NO photography / filming * During this workshop you are focused on your own body, energy and practice, there are no partner practices. * You are invited to wear clothes you feel beautiful in, that also may be sexy, or not. Besides the breast massage there is no nudity. * During all of the practices you will have a blindfold provided, this is to allow you to really sink into your own experience and for a sense of privacy. * There will be group sharing’s and check in’s * If you have experienced sexual trauma, I invite you to check in with me before signing up, most likely you can comfortably join, that said: experiencing emotions of shame, fear, vulnerability, feeling numbed or blocked can also be part of the experience for many women, which can also be part of a healing and integration, when passed with enough of a sense of kindness and safety, this can be very liberating!
