Guided by Anne, we’ll set intentions and create a warm, connected atmosphere, allowing cacao to work its magic and prepare us for a deeply connected afternoon. 𖣐 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Using a blend of breathing techniques, Anne will guide you to energize your body, calm your mind, and create a profound sense of inner peace. Katty’s workshop will take you through vocal exercises that allow you to express yourself with confidence, without fear or judgment.
