We are celebrating 2 years of Techno Yoga at Radion Expo on the 19th of May 💗💗💗 2 sessions at: 18:30 & 20:00 ✨

Come celebrate with us by immersing yourself with the vibrations of techno & electronic music during a dynamic yoga flow. We move our bodies, breath & emotions through the flow to integrate music, art therapy and embodiment in a shared space. Together, we repurpose a nightclub space to create an alternative practice to celebrate finding the light in the dark ☯️ 

Each class is set up with different music, a different concept that we work with with ourselves and our bodies. Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, body type and sexuality 🫶

Karma Yoga is a vital part of these events for us in various ways but especially noting that a portion of your ticket will be donated to charity. An important part of this event is how we give back, as a reminder that we are not just here to practice for ourselves, but learn the ways we can give to others 🫶 There is an option to donate ticket where you give 3 euros extra and it goes towards the donation fund💛

Please be mindful of what ticket time you purchase: 18:30 or 20 & please bring your own mat/towel 💫

The doors open at 18:00 for the first class & 19:35 for the second. The group ranges from around 40 people. Please bring your own mat to the venue & a towel. If you do not own a mat, please write to @technoyogagirl in advance and she will arrange one for you. There are no refunds on tickets, however you are welcome to use ticketswap in case you can’t make it. 

Please communicate to the teacher any injuries and remember to listen to your own body during the practice. The class is for all levels of yoga, including beginners and advanced, but you can always adjust the practice as needed as we are exploring expression rather than perfection 🙏
