Festival Downtown is an annual progressive music festival that boasts serious, international headliners but also firmly believes in its own local (Rotterdam) scene. Not only does it showcase its local artists, every location is programmed together with one or several other organisers that represent their own niche/scene. For the past 10 years, Festival Downtown has been building on a strong name with a progressive, opinionated and above all diverse line-up. Firmly believing that electronic and electronically influenced music is where Rotterdam excels. This year we'll have stages hosted by Amapiano NL, SUBFICTION, Elicit Records & On Track, RDBLCK, Levels, Arp Frique & De Nieuwe Lichting, and Cloudhead. Festival Downtown is free by day and cheap by night

Naast sterke (intern)nationale headliners zit het kwalitatief hoogstaande programma dan ook vol met lokale parels. Op elke locatie wordt samengewerkt met een programmering partner-organisatie die elk een eigen scene / niche vertegenwoordigd binnen het elektronische en elektronisch geïnspireerde spectrum.
