How does Easy Tickets work?

Easy Tickets is BASH’s built-in ticketing tool. It lets you create tickets directly from your event page, without needing separate tools.

What makes Easy Tickets different

With Easy Tickets, registration is designed to be personal and social. It is not a separate ticket shop, but part of your event space.

  • Each guest registers individually

  • Bulk purchases without guest info are not allowed

  • Ticket holders are added to your event environment automatically

A ticket is not just a QR code. It connects the guest to your event before, during, and after.

💡 After completing a purchase, guests immediately see sharing options. This makes it more likely they’ll send the event to friends or forward additional tickets.

  • Approve guest registrations manually (optional)

Guest details and questions

  • Choose which data to collect (such as name or email)

  • Add your own questions, like dietary needs or company name

  • Require personalised details for each ticket in a group booking

💡 If guests order more than one ticket, you can require each ticket to be filled in separately. This gives you a full list of individual attendees.

Check-in and guest management

  • Scan tickets with the BASH app (QR code) or check in manually

  • All tickets are linked to your guest list

  • See real-time check-in data during the event

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure and widely used platform.

  • You do not need to create a Stripe account

  • Guests pay a service fee of 3% plus €0.83 per ticket (excluding VAT)

  • There are no fixed monthly fees or hidden costs

  • Do not need advanced features like seated tickets or hardware scanning

Can I create multiple ticket types?

Yes. Each type (such as “Early bird” or “Guestlist”) can have its own settings.

What happens after a guest buys a ticket?

They get their ticket right away, a confirmation email, and options to share the event.

Can I change or add guests manually?

Yes. You can edit guests, send invites, or add new ones manually.

Can guests see who else is attending?

Only if they choose to be visible. Creating a profile is opt-in.

How do I track check-ins?

Real-time check-in data is available in the BASH app and on the event dashboard.
