We're back for a second edition of MINIM, the intimate free haven for ravers in Amsterdam.

T﻿his time we've got a brilliant new location with full on festival vibes: De Japanner Strandeiland in Ijburg.

W﻿e hope you're as excited as we are!

MINIM stands for our base. For intimate gatherings in a great place. For the best music including tracks you've never heard before.

MINIM is a free haven, providing a real underground experience, honouring legendary clubs, discovering new places, praising pioneers, uncovering unique talent from unexpected places and bridging worlds of global music lovers.

MINIM is a palindrome. You can look at it from two sides. Approaching something from two sides in a different way. In the early 2000s house and techno with a minimal twist was very popular and pioneered in Amsterdam and Berlin. Now it's been evolving all over the world and it's time to bring it back where it started. Because good music is not only made in Western Europe, but also in Eastern Europe (Rominimal!) and other parts of the world. But apart from a few great artists, we notice and know little about this, and it remains underground.
