Every Sunday morning you can enjoy yoga with a view of the water at Pllek! The dynamic lessons are held outside on a wooden deck – during summer days – next to the restaurant. There is a buildup from meditation to asanas, chanting and holding on or letting go.

Each lesson is a journey inward with attention to breathwork, respecting your physical limits and finding relaxation and peace of mind in all poses. The lessons are suited for both beginners and more experienced yogi’s as teacher Bianka makes sure that everyone gets the guidance they need during the session.

Yoga mats, wooden blocks and blankets are present, bringing your own yoga mat is allowed!

Ruige Rakkers (literally translated as Rough Rascals) is THE Sunday activity on the wharf for everyone between 4 and 12 years old! Every week between 13:00 – 16:00 you can just walk in and join a different program. This week: Repair Kid!

Repair Kid is a traveling caravan that gives children the space to explore how appliances actually work by giving them the opportunity to demolish them. This is done with tools and under supervision. The intention is that the children will make art with the leftovers, to show that absolutely NOTHING has to be thrown away!

Na ons uitverkochte ADE-event bij Pllek kunnen we niet wachten om Lola op Koningsnacht opnieuw te verwelkomen op onze prachtige locatie. Met een adembenemend uitzicht over het IJ, transformeert Pllek voor één nacht in een bruisende nightclub.

Dit keer hebben we een line-up die meerdere generaties housemuziek samenbrengt.

Laura Meester trapt de avond af met haar warme, soulvolle sound waarin disco en old-school house samensmelten. Daarna neemt de legendarische Tom Trago, met meer dan twee decennia aan ervaring, het over en laat hij zien waarom hij een van de hoekstenen is van de Nederlandse elektronische muziekscene. Het opkomende Groningse talent Emvae verhoogt vervolgens de energie met zijn opzwepende stijl, voordat LAMMER uit Rotterdam de nacht afsluit met zijn euforische mix van 90s rave en house.

During the workshops, the children are introduced to various circus elements such as balancing, tightrope walking, juggling, devilsticks, unicycle cycling, magic, acrobatics, spinning plates and throwing diabolos.

Boundaries are pushed and new skills developed that can lead to a spectacular performance! The employees of Circus Kristal have a circus background themselves, so you can count on unparalleled expertise and experience.

At long communal tables, we share stories, enjoy live music, and listen to an inspiring Freedom Talk from our guest speaker.

Explore the exhibition, let kids create freedom birds, and enjoy a festive brass band performance.  
We end the day with the ceremonial Liberation Fire – a powerful symbol of connection.

Guitarist Marnix DuCroock is the inventor of ‘psychedelic flamenco.’ When he heard Pink Floyd’s ‘The Division Bell’ at the age of four, he immediately knew he wanted to become a guitarist. His guitar teacher at the music school was a flamenco guitarist who had studied with Paco Peña. And so the flame began to burn…

In a unique way, Marnix blends flamenco techniques with his love for symphonic pop, subtly embedding the typical flamenco sound into ‘normal’ verse-chorus forms, resulting in wonderfully atmospheric summer vibes.

With several studio albums to his name, Marnix and his band Holandaluz have matured into a respected act, regularly appearing at festivals and venues such as Surfana, Bevrijdingspop, Stukafest, Groovy Classic, and Woodstock ’69, the most beloved beach bar in Bloemendaal.
