They’re closing June at Shelter, together with Daan Donk, Fumiya Tanaka, and Margaret Dygas. The second room is hosted by Unlocked, where Unnik and Timoti take over.

As June is coming to an end and summer has officially started, we’ve prepared a line-up including our favorites and some of our finest regulars. Get lost in the heat of the grooves of house music, electro and an unforgettable summer night.

Simone de Kunovich: Active in the music and fashion business for over a decade, Simone de Kunovich is associated with some of Milan’s most iconic parties and clubs. His eclectic selection and unconventional taste made him one of the key figures in the local scene as well as an active Dj internationally, with gigs in Berlin, Tel Aviv, Bangkok, New York, Paris, London and more.

Paula Tape: Rising Chilean DJ/producer Paula Tape has made her name releasing irresistible, synth-drenched house tracks on quality labels including Rhythm Section and Permanent Vacation, while her Hola Mundo party holds residencies in London, Paris and her adopted home of Milan. 

Tommy Chikara: Tommy Chikara is slowly becoming a regular name in Shelter, with his fundamentals in a hybrid and versatile take on house music. An experimental blend of house, minimal, electro and dub while widely extending his interests in sounds to ambient and textures.

ROUTE

Shelter is located at a stone’s throw from the city centre. Overhoeksplein is easily reachable by ferry. Right behind Amsterdam Central Station you will find ferries frequently leaving to Buiksloterweg.

Once you’ve crossed the IJ river to Buiksloterweg, take an immediate left and walk towards the high building known as the A’DAM Toren (A’DAM Tower). Make a right turn around the A’DAM Toren after crossing the bridge and you’ve reached Overhoeksplein. Shelter’s entrance is unmistakable: it’s the lifted hatch that sticks out prominently from the square.
