Grietje will take you along into a deeper connection with yourself. Patanjali says: “Yoga is to calm the ripples of the mind.”  
There are many different ways to make your mind & body calm. In this workshop, Grietje will guide you through some of these ways. You will learn how to apply these techniques in your daily life. 

This workshop is suitable for everyone, no prior experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow. 

The workshop will be held in English. 

The cost of the workshop is €25,-. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer.

In deze intens en fysieke workshop gaan we met verschillende Pralaya Yoga oefeningen werken.

Het strakke bindweefsel in en rond de heupen maken we los en soepel en de zwakke spieren rond de heupen versterken we. Dit zorgt voor een betere doorbloeding en een betere balans in het lichaam.

De workshop is geschikt voor iedereen die zijn of haar heupen wil versterken en soepel maken. Ervaring met yoga is niet nodig.
