Lecture about coffee, after which you will understand what stages coffee goes through before it gets to our cup, after that, there will be a coffee tasting of 10 varieties, where we will learn to distinguish the difference between the varieties. 

The cupping will feature 10 coffee varieties conducted in three stages. Participants will learn to discern acidity, and descriptors (flavor notes), and describe coffee. We will explore differences between varieties, roasters, producing countries, and much more. We'll delve into the depths of the coffee world.

The cupping will feature 9 coffee varieties conducted in three stages. Participants will learn to discern acidity, and descriptors (flavor notes), and describe coffee. We'll demonstrate alternative coffee brewing methods (everything except using a coffee machine) - pour-over, AeroPress, Origami, French press, etc. How to get the maximum flavor at home.

Let's practice together. Choose a brewing method, select the best recipe.

You'll understand the logic behind choosing a recipe and other parameters to achieve the taste you desire.

Как заварить лучший кофе у себя дома?  

 1. Структурируем знания о кофе

 ⁃ Расскажем про путь кофе от ростка до вашей чашки, разберем все этапы и как они влияют на вкус. 

 ⁃ Покажем методы заваривания кофе альтернативными методами (все что не в кофемашине) - воронка, аеропресс, оригами, френч-пресс и тд. Как получить максимум вкуса у вас дома 

 2. Практикуемся вместе. Выбираем способ заваривания, подбираем лучший рецепт.  

Вы поймёте логику выбора рецепта и других параметров, чтобы достичь нужный вам вкус напитка.
