Your next step - introductory bodywork sessions You need energy to take a new step? You're wrestling with some emotional baggage and need a new ally? You're curious how personal learning can happen in a more pleasurable, powerful way? Involving your body (sensation, attention, movement...) in your personal development process may give you what you need. Birte Viermann has almost 30 years of experience accompanying people through change processes using bodywork - and she's coming to Amsterdam in February and offering a few slots for individual sessions for those who would like to get to know her work. If you're interested, get in touch at birte@birte.viermann.de or here, and let me know what your aim for a session would be. My main directions of inquiry right now include anything around attachment, communication and relationships, learning through pleasure and enjoyment, and matching different nervous system states with the right tools (including work with trauma and overwhelm, and taking into account different patterns of sensitivity). Should your topics overlap with that - amazing. If they don't, and you're still curious, you're also most welcome. Also, if you have questions, of course please get in touch and ask. I am offering these sessions on a pay-what-you-can base this time around. (The normal price of a first session is € 120,-).
