It is time again for the infamous Active Members Weekend, a weekend dedicated to giving back to those members who have helped carry this Association further into another glorious year. If you’ve been part of a Committee this year, you are cordially invited to a weekend of minimal sleep and maximum fun, games and bonding. As tradition dictates, AMW will take place in our beloved Groet, a slice of Dutch countryside heaven where flunkyball is a competitive sport and bedtimes and deadlines do not exist. The only thing that matters is you and your fellow SES members having the best time together. Imagine screaming at the top of your lungs to Let’s Get Loud, basking in the glorious sun on an open field, perhaps a spontaneous midnight stroll to the beach… And of course waking up exhausted because of that one person who snores the night away (not even worth mentioning the name, right Jose?).
