About Anne-Barbara Lemmens Anne-Barbara Lemmens is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Deloitte Human Capital Consulting and the founder of Judge Softly. She is a distinguished expert in judgment, psychological safety, and conscious leadership, as well as an accomplished team and leadership guide, facilitator, author, and inspirational speaker. Anne-Barbara’s professional journey includes extensive experience as a transformation and M&A management consultant, transformational manager, social entrepreneur, and author of the book Judge Softly. She is also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction trainer and MMS certified executive coach. Anne-Barbara’s philosophy, “We are all human beings; we all experience, think, and interact,” underpins her work in creating more conscious, equal, and inclusive environments.
