About

Feeling stuck in your creative career? Considering finding a mentor, but don’t know where to start? Then this is for you. Join us for a dynamic, interactive session tailored to women in the business & creative industry seeking mentorship, guidance, and clarity. We’ll help you: -Define what’s really got you stuck, holding you back, or making you feel lost -Demystify mentors, coaches, role models and the difference between them -Discover which kind of support you need as well as how to get it! Whether you’re at the beginning of your career, navigating the messy middle or in a senior position, there’s something for you. Plus, we want to hear your experiences. So we will leave time at the end for further chat, questions as we meet & mingle. Oh and don’t forget to bring a pen and notebook. We can’t wait to see you there! 📅 RSVP Now to secure your spot. P.S. We were inspired to host this when Emma posted an offer to mentor on LinkedIn. After 300+ DMs from women in the creative industry, we knew we needed to help. Michelle suggested a group experience to dive deeper into mentoring itself and to support a bunch of folks at once. People demanded mentors, advice, guidance and we heard them! Facilitators: Michelle Arrazcaeta is a creative entrepreneur, award winning strategist (ex-W+K, Polaroid) and worklife coach (former nonprofit Mentor Coach) for conscious creative business folks. She loves facilitating experiences and public speaking, even at weddings. Her search for aligned, energizing work led her to start Super Good Society, a transformation studio that fuses creative strategies and coaching skills so professionals lead meaningful change like the badasses they are without overwhelming stress. Emma Baines is passionate about creativity, chocolate, and championing women in the creative industry. By day, she’s the Global Head of Creative at Tony’s Chocolonely, combining strategic thinking with bold creativity to help create a world free of exploitation in chocolate. By night, she writes She is Creative, a Substack newsletter supporting women in the creative industry. Prior to Tony’s, she led creative at HelloFresh in Berlin and spent 13 years agency-side in London. While rebranding a unicorn company was a proud moment, her true career highlight now is making a meaningful impact at Tony’s Chocolonely.
