Program: 15:00 - 15:45 Introduction of the participants and expectations on topics to cover 15:45 - 16:30 AI & ethics, privacy (usage of video cameras at production facilities) and employees misconduct - Annemarth Hiebendaal (TeekensKarstens) This event is the kick-off of the initiative to create a community of HR professionals and Works Council representatives from the companies residing at LBSP. This community will facilitate the organization of thematic events creating networking opportunities, knowledge exchange as well as sharing relevant updates and trends in regards to employee participation. Collecting and sharing this type of information will allow HR professionals and Works Council members to employ best practices when it comes to cooperation between employees and business. Eventually, if strategic and social policies will be shaped for the benefit of both the employee participation body and employer, it will facilitate the growth and health of the ecosystem at LBSP.
