Chicago-based Deeper brings their mix of angular post-punk and sophisticated indie-rock back to the VERA Mainstage, after being voted best support act in the VERA poll of 2020. The latest Deeper album, Careful!, was released in 2023 and redefines the band's sound, pushing their musical boundaries. Careful! features synth experiments, moments of powerful darkwave and coldbeat, stadium-worthy rock 'n' roll tracks, and subtle hints of pop, while still retaining Deeper's familiar sound. One of the Netherlands' most intense noiserock trios has changed their name but not their identity. Support Texoprint (formerly Kalaallit Nunaat) is a factory specializing in noise at the highest level. New EP Mumble is out now and the band is at the start of their busiest festival summer to date, with performances at Best Kept Secret, Zwarte Cross, Motel Mozaïque, Misty Fields, and Supersonic's Block Party Festival (Paris).
