We are finally launching pörkölt. But what is pörkölt? In English it means a sense of belonging to fast paced electronic music genres, such as hard techno, trance, acid, hard groove etc; in Hungarian it means the dish stew made of either chicken, pork or mushroom (v). Our launch party is hosted by Vondelbunker which is an autonomous cultural space in Amsterdam for underground artists! Come down on the 8th Dec if you'd like to experience the true sense of pörkölt (aka craving to rave to the hottest trance, hard techno and acid tracks of today)! Guaranteed to be the sexiest event in Amsterdam headlining the Hungarian up and coming DJ talent, Kamilla supported by local talents VITTAO, Wesh and Hingmy. Specialising in faster and harder electronic genres and fusions, Kamilla has already shown off her spinning techniques at some internationally renowned venues such as the iconic SubClub in Glasgow or the Open Air Fly Festival in Edinburgh! This time she is making her Amsterdam debut, so this one is going to be special! Infused with the vibrant rhythms of Brazil, VITTAO adds a Latin and Brazilian flair to his mixes, creating a unique fusion of cultures on the dance floor, as well as an extraordinary blend between dancy and trippy atmospheres. Hailing from the depths of the goblin caverns, Scottish Hingmy and Frenchie Wesh are making their debut in Amsterdam tonight. They blend all genres from hardgroove to jungle. The event is voluntarily run, thus, it is free of charge. However, the bar is cash-only and all profits directly get donated to UNICEF aiding the children of Gaza and their families.
