This is a course with a specific improv skill: "More than words, the body tells the story". We will do exercises from physical theatre, moving in the space, non verbal contact.

Everyone can partcipate, you don't need any experience in theatre nor fluency in English.
Suzan Lemont is a dance theatre maker, expressive arts therapist and educator. She has been practising and teaching movement improvisation, in one form or another for 40 years.

Start with this Beginners Improv course and your life will definitely change for the better!  
You will learn the basic techniques and mindset of improvisation, through fun and easy games. You will explore playfulness, listening with intent, accept making mistakes, discover your imagination and creative thinking, build confidence, improve your communication skills and mostly: have fun!  
We end the course with an intimate show

More games, more improv skills! You will continue with yes-and, listening, enjoy failing. And we will add platform, relationships, status and improv singing.  

For whom: beginners who have some basic skills, intermediates are also welcome.  
We end the course with a show.

Join us for a fun and surprising improv theatre show! The performers are students of the beginners course, led by teacher Emma Holmes. Watch how these fresh improvisers play, connect, fail, laugh and play some more. All the scenes are made on the spot. So this show is both the premiere and the final show.
