After one year of cooking as the head chef at Vuurtoreneiland, I will use my local experience to go back to my Italian/Neapolitan roots in the form of a 3 months Pop Up at Otto Volante! On Thursday, Friday and Saturday there will be 2 menus to choose from: Extensive menu for €55 Compact menu for €45 On Mondays: à la carte. The experience will rely on tasty bites with some groovy tunes. For the drinks the emphasis will be on naturally made wines, and there will be 2 possible drink arrangements 5 glasses for €40 4 glasses for €35 Of course, we will also offer the option to order by the glass or bottle.
