Join us for a sign-making workshop where you can create your own protest board for the Trans Pride Walk.

It’s a chance to get creative, meet others, and learn more about the walk and what it stands for. There are two sessions to choose from:

15:00–17:00

and

19:00–21:00

The Trans Pride Walk on August 3rd, kicks off at Waterlooplein at 12:00 and ends at KIT, followed by the Trans Made Market at 14:00. This year’s theme is Trans Joy, Visibility, and Solidarity. Everyone’s welcome, allies included. Come make something powerful and get ready to march together.

The flag is created by Dide Verkerk, who turns waste into bold, upcycled garments and wearable protest pieces that celebrate imperfection and genderfluidity. Their work pushes against systems and invites people to stand out in their most authentic, raw form.

RepresentAsian is the platform championing South Asian DJs across the UK and The Netherlands. Through their podcast, club nights and workshops, RepresentAsian hopes the challenge stereotypes and introduce the world to sounds from the diaspora and beyond.
