Come join us on a magical evening sure to heighten your senses. Have you ever experienced a sound bath with an operatic twist? This session consists of an artistic and well being sound performance, where participants lay down and embark on an inner journey through different sonorities. Within the performance we mix different instruments and the voice in order to create sonic textures of various sorts, evoking different states of mind and fostering relaxation. This session is guided by Maia Steinberg (singing bowls, bells, steel drum, loop station, voice) and David Bello (saxophone, koshi). It will blend elements of classical music, traditional songs, and sound healing, always with a focus on creating meaningful content and positive change in the world. Please do bring your own mat and blanket and remember to wear cosy clothes and layers so that you can be in ultimate comfort for this beautiful session.
