Holy Wave sessions are Sunday morning 5Rhythms based dance gatherings. It is a lightly guided movement journey following a map of 5Rhythm waves through flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and deep stillness, with an intention to find our own holy rituals to celebrate life, unwind, create space to connect with yourself and others.
