British stand-up comedian Paul Taylor is coming to Boom Chicago Amsterdam on Wednesday, September 17 as part of his “F*** Me, I’m French!” tour. Ticket sales have started immediately via mojo.nl/paultaylor.

After three sold-out world tours, Taylor will once again bring a sharp and funny take on life as a British expat in France during the “F*** Me, I’m French!” tour. This time he does so 100% in English, having previously achieved success with the bilingual shows #FRANGLAIS, So British (ou presque) and Bisoubye. During this new show, expect an evening of raunchy jokes about language confusion, culture clashes and the idiosyncrasies of both the French and British.

Paul Taylor, who has lived in France since 2009, broke through with his viral online videos and the Canal+ TV show WTF France, in which he humorously filmed French customs. His hilarious observations on the French language and culture have since earned him not only a million-strong audience via YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, but also tightly sold-out theaters around the world.

Canadian-Iranian comedian Neema Naz headlines the “My Estupid Life” world tour. You already love his original characters, impersonations, and content featuring his mom. Now he will tell the animated tales of growing up in an immigrant household.

Jordan Jensen started comedy in upstate NY before moving to Nashville TN, where she spent a year working for clubs and taking her comedy on the road in her pickup truck.

Most recently, she was featured on “The Late Late Show with James Corden”. In 2021, Jordan was named the first female comic to win “NY’s Funniest Stand Up” at the NY Comedy Festival. She now lives in Brooklyn NY and has since been featured on SiriusXM, as a “New Face” at the prestigious Just For Laughs comedy festival and is now a regular at the renowned Comedy Cellar.

Her comedy consists of tales of her bizarre upbringing, highly unconventional family, and filterless confessions of her time on this filthy planet.

Gianmarco Soresi is a New York-based stand-up comedian, actor, and creator known for his sharp societal observation and spry, energetic stage presence. Gianmarco effortlessly commands a room with his animated style, blending upbeat candor with dark comedic beats — which has garnered him critical acclaim from NPR, Esquire, The Atlantic, Buzzfeed, ABC News, and many more. He’s performed stand-up on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central, Don’t Tell, The Real Housewives of New York, and was selected as a JFL New Face in 2022. He was also featured on Netflix’s recent multi-comic stand-up series “Verified Stand-Up” which released on the platform in November 2023.  Gianmarco has also acted in Billy Crystal’s Here Today, Netflix’s Bonding, Hustlers, The Last OG, and is the host of the popular podcast “The Downside with Gianmarco Soresi.”  Gianmarco is currently on his “The Leaning In” Tour throughout North America, taking the tour internationally this summer.

Described by The Sunday Times as a “truly gifted stand-up,” Joanne has been taking Ireland’s comedy scene by storm with sold-out tours, laugh-out-loud chat show appearances, acclaimed newspaper columns, and a hit documentary.

She’s enjoyed back-to-back sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe with Wine Tamer and The Prosecco Express, both of which toured Ireland to packed houses. She also took to the stage at Dublin’s iconic 3Arena, sharing the spotlight with comedy heavyweights John Bishop, Michael McIntyre, and Dara Ó Briain.

Her critically acclaimed documentary, Baby Hater, which she created, wrote, and presented, was sold to 12 countries. Meanwhile, her first one-woman show, Bite Me—a brutally honest and darkly funny exploration of eating disorders—earned multiple award nominations at the Dublin Fringe Festival, including Best Performer, Best Production, and the First Fortnight Award. As a pioneer of stand-up in Mexico and Latin America, she has been a key figure in popularizing the genre in the region, inspiring a new generation of comedians. With a career spanning 14 years, she has showcased her talent on various national and international stages, including theaters, comedy clubs, and festivals. Her humour is characterised by its honesty and wit, addressing issues such as social relations, female identity, politics, and Mexican traditions. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the StandUp Comedy Award in 2015 and the Comedy Award in 2016.
