Nice to meet you. My name is Caroline, I am a Level 2 KAP facilitator, personally trained by the founder of the KAP Academy, Venant Wong. Level 2 means that next to a transmission of life force energy I will also transmit dual consciousness during a session. Life force energy flows through every living being. It is the energy that animates without the interference of will. In small kids this energy flows freely, which makes they can be truly in the moment and act without any goal, just for the sake of joy. As we grow up, through various influences, this energy often becomes blocked or goes asleep, and we lose touch with our intuition and who we truly are. Making contact with the energy through transmission regains these abilities. KAP is a transmission of this life force (or Kundalini) energy. It is not a self willed generating practice. In this way it’s different from other kinds of energy work like breath work, (kundalini)yoga, qi gong etc. While those are practices of will, KAP is a practice of surrender. What you experience during a session is for a large part dependent on till what extent you can allow yourself to surrender. During a session I will hold the frequency of this energy. You will lay down on a mat with your eyes closed and listen to music. As you surrender to the process, your body will automatically start to tune in to the energy. You don't need to do anything. I will touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body to help the energy flow. In the session many things can happen, from spontaneous movements of the body, emotional release, seeing colours and visuals to feelings of bliss and oneness. It is a very gentle and safe practice. It doesn’t require any belief or previous experience. You will not need to do anything, but lay down, listen to the music and be open to something the mind will not be able to understand. The process of activating your own kundalini energy will then allow you to explore who you truly are, deep inside. KAP is a cumulative practice. Not everyone has a strong experience in a first session. For some people more time is needed to fully surrender and awaken the energy. Even if you don’t experience anything during a session, things will start changing as the process continues after the session. The more regular you do sessions, the more you will open up and connect to the energy. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions. Clients typically report having deep insights or realisations, strengthened intuition, more clarity, a capacity to feel more deeply, a sense of purpose in a deeper connection to themselves. It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose. How to prepare for a KAP session - it’s recommended not to eat a minimum of 2 hours before the session - do not use caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants during the day - try to reduce screen time right before the session - wear clothes that fit comfortably and allow you to move easily - try not to have any expectations What to bring - if you are cold easily (the energy can make you feel cold) bring a warm jumper, socks etc. Please make sure to be on time I will start the session with an extensive introduction. There will be time to discuss any questions you may have prior to the session. Contraindications: Kap is not suitable for people with serious mental health issues. It's not suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis.
