“Somewhere between Muse and Hilary Duff.” This is the response from Iran-born, Toronto-raised Parmida Kakavand – the mind behind Päter – when asked to describe their meld of Alt Rock, Singer-Songwriter and Pop. The irreverence one could assume from their answer is at the forefront of much of their catalogue, spanning from 2020’s viral hit “Dam, Damn” (which amassed over 2.5 million streams online) to 2024’s “Nicotine Hallelujah”, a folk leaning indie rock anthem on trying their first cigarette.

With their debut 2024 LP “4-7 Company”, co-produced with Howard Redekopp (Tegan & Sara, Mother Mother), Päter explores the underbelly of their carefree persona, diving into darker soundscapes and raw, vulnerable lyricism. The album earned the artist critical acclaim on outlets like CBC, Exclaim! and Obscure Sound. 2024 saw Päter featured on festival stages at CMW, Cityfolk Ottawa, and POP Montreal. With their eclectic sound and praise winning performances, all signs show Päter as an artist on the rise. Päter will embark on their first Germany & Netherlands tour in April 2025.

MOMSNAME

MOMSNAME is an Indie rock band based in The Netherlands. What once started as a solo project by Esmee has grown into a full band. Together with bassist Sander and brothers, Joep and Luuk (guitarist & drummer) they put on an intimate yet dynamic live show.
The serene vocals are complemented by a dreamy and melancholic sound with a psychedelic touch. These components take you to a soft, comforting but sometimes sad place. Vulnerability is a power you should use. To heal you should let even the darkest parts of yourself be.

Born from the origin of personal experience, Rhodon
Cerise's songs combine melodic guitars with powerful
drums and are hand painted with a soft palette of
vulnerability and strength. Her voice, a haunting
instrument, draws listeners into a realm where the lines
between reality and dreams blur.
Rhodon Cerise's bewitching incantations create an
otherworldly atmosphere. Her music, carrying the essence
of melancholic alternative folk, is a trip through landscapes
of emotion, where the echoes of heartache and hope are
intertwined vines in a moonlit garden.
