The 22-year-old singer-songwriter from Tokyo started singing covers in her bedroom closet at the age of fourteen, keeping her face covered. What is special is that Ado still never shows her face. Not in video clips, photos or even at performances. She wants her music to speak for itself. No one knows what she looks like.
