Het icoon van Amsterdam opent haar deuren voor maar liefst 8 spectaculaire evenementen tijdens Amsterdam Dance Event. Met onder andere twee exclusieve ADE Upclose specials: Four Tet en Marlon Hoffstadt brengen op 16 en 18 oktober elk hun unieke, persoonlijke sessies in de iconische Gashouder.

Over specials gesproken: in de nacht van woensdag 16 oktober organiseert Awakenings voor de allereerste keer een gratis evenement. We’re throwing the first ever free party at the Gashouder during ADE. Too crazy. De geroemde fotografiebeurs Unseen verbindt het nieuwe met het gevestigde en het gevestigde met het nieuwe en creëert zo een platform dat een belangrijk inzicht biedt in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en richtingen die het medium fotografie opgaat.

Onder de 65 exposanten bevinden zich zowel gevestigde internationale galeries voor fotografie en hedendaagse kunst als jonge, opkomende initiatieven. De beurs maakt geen onderscheid tussen galeries in deze categorieën, een benadering die wordt onderstreept door het iconische cirkelvormige ontwerp.
