WRISTBAND PICKUP INFORMATION TO BE EMAILED SOON DATE: Wednesday APRIL 3, 2024 LOCATION: WRISTBAND PICKUP LOCATION - TO BE SENT IN EMAIL BEFORE EVENT TIMES: Wristband Pick-up starting 11am to 5pm (Doors at event open 6:30pm) PARKING/WALKING/RIDESHARE: Parking is not provided/This is just for wristband pick up ABOUT THIS EVENT - 4 HOURS (ITS GOING TO BE LONGER FOR SOME FYI) - YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE - THIS IS A TV TAPING NOT A CONCERT. - DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO EVENT LOCATION **MUST PICK UP WRISTBAND FIRST.** WHAT TO EXPECT? - STANDING ROOM ONLY–There is no seating available. Be prepared to stand for the evening. - This is a FREE outdoor TV show taping & FREE with a confirmed ticket and WRISTBAND. - You must pick up a WRISTBAND prior to the event at the designated wristband location. - Wristbands will not be given out at the event site. - ALL admissions are based on capacity and at event producers’ discretion. - You MUST pass through a SECURITY CHECK/magnetometers before entering. - EVENT HAPPENS RAIN OR SHINE - Please dress appropriately for weather. - FOOD/BEVERAGE for SALE - Accepting Credit Cards – No Outside Food/Beverage allowed. - Free water fountains are available to refill. If you anticipate needing additional assistance due to any physical limitations or other concerns, please notify the team at check-in so they can provide accommodations/assistance. THIS IS A TV TAPING: There will be set breaks between artists, and artists may perform the same song more than once for filming purposes. Keep in mind this is for TV & you will be a part of the show! Dance, sing, and bring the energy all night! THIS IS A PRIVATE INVITE-ONLY EVENT - Attending this event means you agree to abide by all guidelines/rules of the event. - These tickets are not part of a "contest" and are ONLY being given as a courtesy. - The event will be filled to capacity. ALL admissions are first-come, first-served at event producers’ discretion. - Non-compliance with these guidelines may affect attendance at future Gotham, CMT and Paramount events. DRESS: Cool Country Concert Vibes - No visible large logos brand names or images; no super sparkly sequins, solid fluorescent, or super bright colors and no offensive or suggestive language. - Nothing Too Short, Too Tight or Too Revealing (No Cleavage). - No Backpacks and Oversized bags are permitted inside. - Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5 - Clear bags made of plastic, vinyl, or clear pvc should not exceed 12" x 12" x 6" - Do not bring non-clear bags that exceed 4.5” x 6.5” OR clear bags that exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. They will not be allowed inside. - DO Wear Comfortable Shoes as You May Be Standing for Long Periods. CELL PHONE USUAGE/PHOTOGRAPHY: KEEP PHONE USE TO A MINIMUM. Out of courtesy to the performing artists we ask that you please refrain from posting your videos and/or photos to social media until Sunday April 7th or after the CMT Music Awards. When you do post use @CMT and include #CMTAwards for a chance to have your post shared! And don’t forget to tune in to the CMT Music Awards LIVE on April 7th on CBS! WATER: You can bring 1 empty refillable bottles. The Event has approved people having Yetis/Stanleys/etc. Free water fountains are available to refill. FOOD/BEVERAGE: for SALE inside the event perimeter, accepting credit cards only. No cash payments will be accepted. No outside food/beverages are allowed. BE ON TIME: We cannot stress this enough. We will do our best to get every single person inside, but there is always the possibility that we reach capacity if late, and some could be turned away. Again, we will do our best to get everyone inside SO BE ON TIME! DO’S & DONT’S: - BE ON TIME!! or you may risk being turned away. - Leave valuables at home! PARTICIPATING IN MULTIPLE EVENTS: There is no limit to how many events you sign up for, however, for the CMT Music Awards, there is no overlap in participation, therefore attendees are restricted to participating in one element of the event, such as being a red-carpet fan, a pit fan, or a seat filler. EVENT CHECK IN: If you have been confirmed to attend an event, you will receive an e-ticket and must read all directions thoroughly. You will be notified about designated queue areas, ID checks, security screenings, and other important details. ADMISSION: Admission is never guaranteed, and it is based on capacity and other factors. While you may receive an e-ticket, it does not guarantee entry as invites are issued in excess of capacity. CELL PHONE USAGE & CAMERAS: Please refer to your e-ticket for specific instructions and the latest information about cell phone and camera policies for that particular event. FOOD & DRINK: Each event is different, and food & drink may not be provided at the event you're attending. RIDESHARE/DROP OFF: To access the most up-to-date information regarding ride-share & public transportation drop-off sees your e-ticket. Ride-share/public transportation check in location may vary from self-park locations for some events. CAPACITY: We will distribute more wristbands than your capacity allows, aiming for a full house, but occasionally this leads to turning people away due to overbooking. It's common practice where no-show rates or cancellations are expected. We do our very best to forecast how many people will attend as to not turn anyone away.
