Get ready to dive into the latest topics in "Comprehensive Geriatric Approach to Bone Health & Wellness". This is a complimentary registration for the meeting attendance. Course attendees may opt-in to receive CE credit during registration. Medical, Social Work, Nursing and Dental attendees receive 5.75 hours CE credits. This is an in-person conference and will focus on the intersection between Healthcare & Allied Health Services to support inter-professional team work to optimize bone health in older adults. The conference on Comprehensive Geriatric approach to Bone Health will focus on optimizing care for older adults suffering from bone loss, osteoporosis and associated fractures: - Bone physiology and structure in relation to bone loss and fragility fractures - Geriatric approach to primary and secondary prevention of fragility fractures - Understanding current concepts of dementia and bone loss - Approaching bone health in older adults with chronic co-morbidities including dental/oral health - Role of inter-professional teamwork for the prevention of falls and fractures
