About the Kir Royal

Kir Royal, a French classic, is a sophisticated cocktail made by combining crème de cassis with chilled bubbles. This elegant drink blends the fruity sweetness of blackcurrant liqueur with the effervescence of bubbles, creating a visually stunning and tastefully balanced concoction, perfect for special occasions and refined gatherings.  
  

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a great & easy cocktail to impress your guests during the holiday season:

1.  Pour the Crème de Cassis into a champagne flute.
2.  Top up the flute with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
3.  Gently stir to mix the ingredients.
4.  Optionally, garnish with a twist of lemon or a few fresh berries.
5.  Serve immediately and enjoy this elegant and delightful Kir Royal cocktail!

We’re thrilled to welcome you to the cosy living room of CASA for the third edition of Night LIVE EAST– a night filled with live music from Shary-An and delicious dining. Starting at 18:30, you’ll start a journey of flavour and sound. Chef Chris crafted a three-course diner, while live musical performances after each course elevate your dining experience.

Tickets are just €42.50 per person, which includes a three course dinner and a welcome drink. NIGHT LIVE sets the stage for great food, intimate music, and a night you won’t forget.

- Where: Restaurant EAST, Hotel Casa Amsterdam
- Artist: Shary-An – will be performing most of her songs in Dutch
- Price per ticket: €42.50

Who’s Shary-An
Shary-An Nivillac, known for her versatile and authentic pop music, blends influences from Mexican mariachi, gospel, and artists like Alicia Keys and Gloria Estefan. She gained fame in 2011 as a semi-finalist on The Voice of Holland. Her songs are deeply personal, like Peace of Mind, reflecting her personal story. Since 2022, Shary-An has focused on Dutch-language music, balancing emotional ballads with energetic, raw-edged tracks. Her live performances highlight her ability to seamlessly combine vulnerability with lively, upbeat sounds.

- The three-course dinner, accompanied by a musical performance after each course, will begin at 19:00. You are welcome to arrive from 18:30 to enjoy a welcome drink and settle in before the event starts.

About the Electric Citrus
The Electric Citrus is a vibrant gin-based cocktail that blends the fresh sweetness of green melon with the depth of herbal liqueurs, creating a taste that’s both funky and well-balanced. Served in a sleek coupe glass, this cocktail is as visually striking as it is flavorful. The drink is finished with a twist of lemon peel, adding a bright citrus aroma that perfectly complements its unique flavor profile. Electric Citrus is the ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a cocktail with a fresh twist and a hint of the unexpected.

A quick cocktail recipe
This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:
1.  Add 50 ml of gin, 20 ml of green melon liqueur, 15 ml of herbal liqueur, and 10 ml of fresh lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice.
2.  Shake well until the mixture is fully chilled.
3.  Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4.  Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
5.  Enjoy your cocktail!

Join us for the third edition of Yoga Nidra at Hotel Casa. Yoga Nidra – also known as yogic sleep – is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation while maintaining awareness. Through this practice, you can experience profound relaxation, reduced stress, and improved sleep quality.

The Yoga Nidra practice will be accompagnied by the healing music of singing bowls. The vibrations produced by singing bowls have been said to synchronize brain waves, inducing a meditative state and deep relaxation. As the gentle tones fill the room, you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere, allowing stress and tension to melt away.

This peaceful and restorative experience will take place in a room at Hotel Casa with a group of around 20 people. Buy your ticket now and give yourself the gift of relaxation.
