Elke zondagochtend kun je bij Pllek genieten van Yoga met uitzicht over het IJ! De lessen worden gegeven op het strand (bij slecht weer in de zaal) naast het restaurant en zijn dynamisch en gevarieerd. Ze bouwen op van een meditatie naar het uitoefenen van verschillende asanas, chanting en spelen tussen het vasthouden en loslaten.

Iedere les is een reis naar binnen met veel aandacht voor de ademhaling, het respecteren van je fysieke grenzen en het vinden van ontspanning en ‘peace of mind’ in alle houdingen. De lessen zijn geschikt voor beginners en gevorderden, docente Bianka zorgt er voor dat iedereen passende begeleiding ontvangt naar zijn of haar behoeften.

Er zijn yogamatjes, blokken en fleeces aanwezig, een eigen yogamatje meenemen mag altijd!

Al spelenderwijs zullen we deze middag werken aan diverse instrumentjes van allerlei huis, tuin en keuken freubels. RUIGE RAKKERS | GINO’S MUSIC CIRCUS

Iedere vrijdag- en zaterdagavond vind je bij ons jouw nieuwste en lekkerste danspllek! Gerenommeerde DJ’s van nationale en internationale bodem maken van iedere avond een feest. Verwacht een groovy mix tussen Afro, Soul & Funk tot Disco, House & Techno en kom tot in de late uurtjes drinken en dansen op de lekkerste tunes! Maya Papaya laat je ronddobberen in een maffe tropische cocktail van samba, cumbia, arabelectro en meer eigentijdse ritmes en muziekstijlen die rond de evenaar schuren. Stefnitz mixt een brouwsel van rollende ritmes en prikkelende percussie met uitstapjes naar tropische bass, breaks en psychedelische elektronica afgetopt met een snufje acid disco. Zet deze twee party queens uit Ruigoord bij elkaar en het kan zomaar uit de hand kan lopen. Entree is gratis!

Amsterdam DJ duo sol.sous.sol delivers deep and funky dance music infused with soul, jazz, Afro, and Latin sounds. Their sound flows smoothly between warm bass, driving percussion, and adventurous electronics, interwoven with infectious musicality. Sol.sous.sol is known for De Danskamer, their monthly party at Tolhuistuin Amsterdam, and Surfana Festival.

Elke dinsdagavond – tot eind september – vertonen we de meest indrukwekkende, ontroerende en spraakmakende films op ons stadsstrand aan de NDSM-werf. Geniet met je voeten in het zand, een drankje in de hand en een koptelefoon op, zodat je helemaal in de film wordt gezogen.

Tijdens Midzomernacht “Puja for Love” brengt Pllek een eeuwenoude traditie naar de iconische NDSM-werf in Amsterdam-Noord. Al meer dan 13 jaar vormt Pllek een cultureel ankerpunt waar mensen, culturen en ideeën samenkomen. In het kader van 750 jaar Amsterdam biedt dit gratis evenement een ode aan de stad die symbool staat voor openheid, diversiteit en verbinding.
