Coasters

Coasters is a duo that hails from sunny Cape Town, South Africa. Katarina (vocals, music and lyrics) and Luke (multi-talented musician and producer) met through mutual music friends and quickly realised their creative compatibility. Their connection swiftly grew into a deep friendship and musical partnership resulting in a long-awaited exploration of their favourite genres.

In 2023, Coasters released their debut album, ‘Heartbreak LooksGood On You’ and began performing regularly at music venues and festivals. The duo quickly gained traction and landed shows opening for local legends such as Jeremy Loops and Will Linley.  

Guided by heartfelt lyrics, seamless chords and captivating synths,Coasters are a harmonious blend of sounds - indie and electro pop with a dash of psych rock - that transcends you through a wave of emotions. And while their music resonates with themes of love and grief, the raw and mesmerising vocals of Katarina enhanced byLukes's mood-enhancing instrumentals can break your heart and sew it back together again.

Fat Dog are one of London’s most exciting new bands, conjuring the sort of frenzied and wild live shows not seen in the capital for years. Their debut album WOOF. is a brilliant and mind-bending blend of electro-punk, rock’n’roll snarling, techno soundscapes, industrial-pop and rave euphoria, music for letting go to or, in the words of frontman Joe Love, “screaming-into-a-pillow music”.

COLLIGNON

COLLIGNON started as a solo project of Jori Collignon, a keyboard player and producer who’s made a name for himself in Dutch groups like C-Mon & Kypski, Nobody Beat The Drum, and SKIP&DIE.

After years of living life on the road, Jori settled down in a dusty little village in Portugal, where he built a music studio complete with a guesthouse. During the pandemic years, Jori primarily worked from here, collaborating with artists from various countries and continents. Jori’s ability to mix and mash up different musical styles and genres, both traditional and electronic, makes him a one-of-a-kind producer and artist.

In 2022, COLLIGNON dropped his solo debut, “Lagoinha”. That summer, during a tour of 20 concerts around the Netherlands, COLLIGNON evolved from a solo effort into a full-blown three-piece band. The three musicians bring their A-game to the latest COLLIGNON recordings. The new music largely took shape on stage as the band reconnected with their audience after the sobering years of the pandemic. The result is some seriously energetic and uptempo music, with wild and exotic melodies from Yves, brilliant drumming from Gino (who’s got a unique technique, playing the congas with his left hand and drums with his right), and Jori’s signature musical landscapes created through his production and sounddesign. It’s impossible not to get swept up in the energy at a COLLIGNON concert.
