About Silk Veil Fans:
Originating in belly dance traditions, this workshop invites softness, flow, full-body and extension of the arms. We explore how to build confidence through flow, control and play by drilling technique, transitions and tricks. What to expect? Technicality on closed and open fans like figure-8, peacock, traces, flutter and windmill, and how to transition to create seamless flow. A short choreograph will be taught to bind it altogether.
Join us to harness a new skill or use in your choreograph.

For whom is this class?

Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. No prerequisite needed! 

What to bring

Own fans or let us know if you need a pair.

Comfortable clothes, socks, water bottle.

This yoga POP UP studio weekend is chance to trial new classes and get to know your future local yoga studio, in conjunction with PWRFULL.

From 10:00-12:00, we’ll host 30-minute teaser classes, guided by local instructors.

Admission is free (pay-what-you-feel). We kindly ask everyone to complete a short post POPUP feedback survey to help us better support our community’s wellbeing.

Tea ceremony, fortune cookies and a deep listening experience using gong, singing bowls, drum, flute, chimes, and voice to guide participants into rest and awareness through vibrations. Great for individuals or groups seeking calm, clarity, and inner reset. Paired with subtle breathwork enhancing the body's natural healing.

18-19h will bring a transformative movement workshop led by Maria Pisiou, from wooden snake to fire horse.

No writing experience needed, just openness.

We start Yoga for the Eyeballs: a playful but powerful practice focused on breathwork, eye-relaxation, and tension release - great for anyone spending long hours on screens or in high-focus work environments.

Judy Young interweaves her performative art practice with meditative techniques. Her work conveys messages within the Yin and Yang spectrum. With 12 years of experience in yoga and years in sound healing, she creates a unique approach to healing and expression. She currently teaches at Yoga School Noord and has given sound meditation workshops at Felix Meritis, the Van Gogh Museum, the Nowhere Theater Foundation and Lola Lieven, among others. Later this year she will start her diploma in TCM.
