Dear all, woooww what a 2 years it has been..!!!🔥☺️ It felt like 5 years to be honest, so much has happened and so many DJ’s, bands, musicians, rappers, painters, poets, comedians, dancers, artists have graced our stage and venue already!🔥❤️☺️ And what to think of everybody who has come to enjoy all of this beautiful art and each other and brought so many good vibes and love to Toekomstmuziek, no words to describe it!🥰 Thanks everybody for everything!! We really created Toekomstmuziek and especially the vibes, warmth and love together!❤️🚀🥳🎊🍻🎉❤️🎼🍾🕺🚀🥳

Sooo, Toekomstmuziek is turning 2!!🎊 And that calls for celebrations of course!!!🥳 To celebrate the last 2 years and to cheer on the many beautiful years that are still ahead of us, we’re throwing a 2 year anniversary party on Friday the 26th of July!!🍻🎉❤️🎼🍾🕺🚀🥳

The day will start off at 17.00h with Friday drinks, yummy food and some nice groovy tunes on our terrace with hopefully a lot of sunshine!!😎 Then around 19.00h our main stage will be set on fire by the first artist with an awesome live performance, followed by three cool bands that will definitely make you wanna move! Then at 22.00h DJ’s will take over and fill the venue up with wicked tunes to which you cannot do anything else but move your feet and dance even more, yeahhh!!🔥❤️🚀🕺💃🎉😋

And if that’s not enough, we will have 2 awesome DJ collectives at Primo’s, our 2nd stage🔥

Furthermore as always it’s gonna be a friends of friends of friends of friends extravaganza, so do bring friends/family/friends of friends, everybody’s welcome!❤️😊 O, perhaps good to know, entrance is free!

TM 2 year anniversary (Art/Live Showcase/DJ’s/Electronic/Outfits)

Rooted in folk, with dreampop- and shoegaze- influences, barren sea is an alternative rock band that strives to convey the contradictions of love, nostalgia, sadness yet gratefulness present in everyday life. The emotional lyrics of Marie van der Zalm are supported by the distorted and distant guitar of Lorenzo Bissi, the funky, full bass lines of Pascal van Luit and the dynamic, explosive drumming of Andrew Keys.

Born in 2023, barren sea is currently working on its debut EP the War on Cars, a collection of songs born from Lorenzo’s enthusiasm, bred by Marie’s memories and scenes of everyday inspiration, and brought to life through Pascal and Andrew’s rhythmic intuitions.

Transmitting emotions in a simple, accessible and bare way is barren sea’s vision of music. It is a journey of constant evolution, influences and stimuli: what stays constant is the need to use music as a way to express themselves.

Sakaram is een vijf-koppige band uit Amsterdam. Met hun veelzijdige Nederlandstalige alt-pop krijgen ze het publiek bij iedere show perfect geëmotioneerd. Hun muziek wordt gekarakteriseerd door meeslepende verhalen, waarvan de onderwerpen strekken van liefde tot aan de waddeneilanden en alles daartussenin. Sakaram creëert live een energieke en warme sfeer.

KLEINE CRACK & SLAGTER

Straight out of Hip Hop collective VHS (Vampieren Heksen Spoken), this Flemish duo bringd the dark side of Anna (Antwerp) with their possessed rap and infernal energy. Loyal to the Memphis Horrorcore, a particular style of Gangsta rap, producer Slagter do big use of minimal synths and beats as MC Kleine Crack unapologetically tackles themes like drugs and murder to release dark feelings. Among his many collaborations, Kleine Crack is especially beloved in the Netherlands for his two club bangers “PARRA” and “ELEKTRO STRESS 2” featuring Opgezwolle’s Rico.
