After extremely successful previous editions at the Ziggo Dome, de Avond van de Filmmuziek returns on the 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th of November 2024! De Avond van de Filmmuziek started in 2014 at Het Concertgebouw, with a one-off edition. The event has now grown into the largest film music event in Europe and has become an indispensable part of the Ziggo Dome programming. 2023 was also a real success year with three sold-out concerts. During de Avond van de Filmmuziek there are always a number of permanent fixtures present: the Grammy Award-winning Metropole Orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley and presenter Dominic Seldis. During the 10-year anniversary edition, Ruben Nicolai will also be host and the Nederlands Concertkoor will be present again. During the festive evening the very best film music in the world will be played.
