Soenda Festival takes place on Saturday, the 31th of May 2025. The festival site is open from 12.00 – 23.00h. The entrance of Soenda festival is open from 12.00 until 20.00h. After this, it won't be possible to enter the festival as the entrance will be closed. To visit Soenda festival, you have to be at least 18 years old. Your ID might possibly be checked. If you aren't able to show your ID it's not possible to visit the festival, unfortunately. During Soenda festival, you can buy tokens at the venue. These are available at the cash registers and machines. You can exchange these tokens for consumptions at the bar and food trucks. During Soenda festival, it's only possible to pay with PIN. Payment with cash is not possible. Yes, there are lockers available for rent at Soenda festival. In these you can store your clothing and valuable items which you don't want to carry around with you at all times. The lockers can be opened and closed endlessly. You can rent a locker online in advance or during the festival at the locker desk. We advise you to rent a locker in advance. This means you don't have to queue and wait at the festival. The use of a locker is at its own risk. Yes, at Soenda festival, there is a fully equipped first-aid facility present. Medical specialists – who usually work at hospitals – are present at that post. The present facilities are more or less equal to the ones at an E.R. – so in case something happens you will be in good hands. Next to this, the first-aid post is also equipped with some types of medication and basic utilities, such as paracetamol and band-aids. Yes, in general, it's possible to temporarily use one of the spaces at the first-aid post at Soenda festival. You can report yourself at the first-aid post whenever you need. You don't have to report this in advance. In the unlikely event of a crowded first-aid post, it could be possible that you'd have to wait for a bit or that you get assigned to an alternative location. At the first-aid post, there's also a refrigerator present that can be used to temporarily store the products. Yes, this is possible, but please make sure that you are in possession of a medical passport and that you're able to show this at the entrance. Next to this, it's also important that it's clearly shown which medication you are carrying. Report the fact that you're carrying medication during the visitation. After this, a medical specialist will examine the medication and decide if you can take it with you. Generally, it's possible to store your medical item(s) at the first-aid post if you bring something that has to stay cool for medical purposes or something that can't be carried around with you very easily. Please report this in advance via info@elevation-events.com. Also, notify the security staff before the visitation starts so a medical specialist can determine if the medical item(s) can be brought inside. This is only possible in very exceptional cases. This only accounts for a specific diet for medical reasons, and you have to be in possession of a doctor's note. It also has to be clear that the food required for the diet isn't available at the festival. Please contact info@elevation-events.com if you have any doubts. This is a consideration and choice that only you can make. In our opinion, you are more than welcome. But keep in mind that Soenda festival is a busy festival with a lot of visitors and accompanying crowds. Are you in need of some relaxation? There usually are plenty of chill-out spots where you can retreat and relax. At least talk to the people who are close to you if you're having doubts about visiting Soenda festival. You'll probably come to the right conclusion after doing so. It's your own responsibility and decision to visit Soenda festival if you are pregnant. Research has shown that alcohol and loud noises can be harmful to unborn children. Where appropriate, consult your doctor to discuss what would be a wise decision. Yes, a service dog or similar, is the only animal that is allowed at Soenda Festival. However, we strongly discourage visiting a festival with your service dog (or similar).
