Pasta Workshop - Farfalle & Tagliatelle (vegan) Hello pasta lovers! Antonella and Alessandra are Italian pasta explorers, and they will teach you how to make fresh, plant-based tagliatelle and farfalle. Are you a beginner? No worries, we will guide you step-by-step! We will start with the basics and, by the end of the workshop, you will know how to: • Make the dough • Craft perfect tagliatelle and farfalle shapes • Enjoy an aperitivo with freshly baked bread and drinks (alcohol-free options available) • Make delicious sauces like a real Italian grandma • Taste your pasta and raise a glass to celebrate! What is included? All the materials for pasta making are included. You will have access to drinks such as water, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and wine.
