About Paul Currie:  
Hailing from and still living in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Paul Currie has carved himself a reputation since 2004 as an uncompromising alternative comedian and street performer/ avant garde clown. He has a loyal fan base with his unique style of genre breaking stand-up since The Big Tickle comedy festival in Derry City when he won the best new comer competition in 2005.  
Fusing traditional stand up with the energy and crowd work of his street performing background. He won the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Comedians Choice award for BEST SHOW in 2018. Paul has performed at the Adelaide Fringe, the Melbourne Comedy Festival & Edinburgh Fringe Festivals with sell out performances and 5 star reviews.  
Paul is also a Jim Henson puppeteer and has performed and voiced puppets on shows like Jim Henson’s ‘Pajanimals’, Sesame Tree, Driftwood Bay, Big and Small.
